Refund and Returns Policy

At SoniceAqua, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair return process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

Note: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@soniceaqua.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase (confirmation email or invoice)
  • Reason for return
  • Photo or video evidence (if the product is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.


3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your payment provider—some banks may take longer to post refunds.
  3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@soniceaqua.com.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may have already been processed and shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
