We currently fulfill orders from two warehouse locations:
- Primary warehouse: United States (U.S. domestic warehouse)
- Backup warehouse: Shenzhen, China (fulfillment center)
We prioritize shipping from our U.S. warehouse to ensure faster delivery and to minimize customs procedures for U.S. customers. However, due to inventory fluctuations, some orders may be shipped from our China warehouse.
If your order is shipped from China, we will notify you via email with the tracking information and estimated delivery time.

📦 Order Processing Time

- A tracking number will be sent to your email once the package is shipped.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

We offer free shipping for the vast majority of countries and regions.
In rare cases involving remote regions or special delivery methods, we will notify you before checkout if additional costs apply.
📦 Split Shipments
To minimize delays, your order may be split into multiple shipments from different warehouses. Each package will include its own tracking number.

For orders shipped from China, any applicable import duties or VAT will be covered by us. You will not be responsible for any customs-related charges.
